'06-‘09 Ram 2500-3500 ABS Delete kit
Version 1
(5) DOT approved hose assemblies made specifically to delete ‘03-‘09 Dodge Ram ABS module, delete the (5) associated OEM brake line’s, while retaining driver front OEM conjunction.
Version 2
(12) DOT approved hose assemblies made specifically to delete ‘03-‘09 Dodge Ram ABS module, delete ALL (12) associated OEM brake line’s, while RETAIN ALL OEM conjunction blocks.

(12) DOT approved hose assemblies made specifically to delete ‘03-‘09 Dodge Ram ABS module, delete ALL (12) associated OEM brake line’s, while DELETE ALL OEM conjunction blocks.

(7) DOT approved hose assemblies made specifically to delete OEM ABS module, ALL OEM brake line’s, & conjunction blocks. Routing lines directly to each caliper.
ALL versions include:
(1) Wilwood proportion valve.
(1) Mounting bracket with hardware for proportion valve -master cylinder specific.
(3) Wilwood 2 psi residual valves with adapters can be included for additional $150
-adapters made in house, kit specific.
Billet P-clamp's for mounting & hose separator's provided when stock is available.
PLEASE PROVIDE IN V2-V3 ORDER NOTES:
2dr or 4dr -2 door or 4 door.
SWB or LWB -short wheel base or long wheel base.
Removal Instructions:
Remove chassis side ABS brake lines.
Remove master cylinder brake lines.
Remove ABS lines with or without ABS module.
To retain wheel speed MPH reading on factory gauge cluster - leave the ABS module electrical connector plugged in.
Remove master cylinder from hydroboost.
Remove OEM power steering line bracket.
Install Instructions:
First install Wilwood p-valve to bracket.
Add a tiny bit of new brake fluid to thread + seat, do this by dipping each brake line end fitting in a cap of brake fluid.
Thread in all your Wilwood lines by hand but leave loose.
Install Wilwood proportion valve + mounting bracket between master cylinder - hydroboost.
Thread in your Wilwood lines to master cylinder & chassis side.
Tighten lines down all the way at master cylinder, Wilwood p-valve, & chassis side connections- keeping in mind that the master cylinder & Wilwood valve are both aluminum, tighten accordingly.
Bleed brakes.
Test drive & adjust Wilwood p-valve knob accordingly, start slow.
