Two transmission connection options:
1- Press Fit
Does NOT require pan removal. Very snug fit. Adapter removal from case requires real effort. We do not anticipate this adapter to ever blow out on its own!
2- Bulkhead
Requires pan removal so that a nut may be threaded onto bottom side of dipstick tube adapter fitting.
Two length versions:
A- Transmission Mount
3.5” dipstick handle assembly is directly at transmission case. Fluid level will be checked directly at transmission dipstick hole.
B- Firewall Mount
38” assembly gets mounted on firewall, wiper cowl, or top rear of engine.
All SS braided transmission fluid dipstick’s include:
•Quick thread-on locking handle
•Quick thread-on locking, press-fit billet adapter with tight tolerance rubber grommet
•Hose end mounting clamp
Made specific to each transmission model.
IN ORDER NOTES PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR TRANSMISSION MODEL OR TRUCKS YEAR-MAKE-MODEL.
Directions:
Lightly apply transmission fluid inside & out of rubber grommet, transmission adapter, & ALL THREADS before install!
Thread cap cover onto transmission adapter. Use 24mm socket+ratchet combo to install adapter, rotating clockwise until fully seated.
Transmission side hose end threads onto transmission adapter.
Handle side hose end threads onto handle making this a total locking seal.
Adapter does not easily pull back out of transmission once installed, removal requires more effort than install.
